Absolutely! Each sign is made to order with your choice of size, color, text, and stain. Personalize it to make it uniquely yours!

What if my item is damaged?
Contact us immediately to describe the nature of the damage. (Pictures help!) We offer replacement or refund. We will determine whether it needs to be returned.
How long does it take to produce my sign?
It takes us 3-5 business days to make your sign and 5-7 business days to make your tray. Most orders arrive within 5-10 days total.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. If there's a defect in your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Contact us for return instructions.
I haven't received my order. Is it lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We'll track it down and make sure you receive your sign as soon as possible.
